Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
  •  Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport)
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely bookings
  • Coordinate visa applications and travel documentation (if required)
  • Handle travel expense tracking and reimbursements
  • Liaise with travel agencies for best rates and bookings
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and other facility services
  • Ensure office infrastructure is well-maintained
  • Support HR/Admin team in onboarding logistics (ID cards, workspace, etc.)
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and communication management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplin
  • 1-3 years of experience in administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA Engineer with up to one year of experience in software testing. The selected candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying software defects, and working closely with development and product teams to maintain product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business, technical, and functional requirements.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
    Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools.
  • Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve reported issues.
  • Validate bug fixes and perform retesting.
    Participate in requirement review meetings and provide QA feedback.
  • Verify that software releases meet defined quality standards and business requirements.
  • Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress to the project team.
  • Maintain clear and accurate testing documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.E. in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, M.Sc. IT, MCA, or BCA.
  • 0–1 year of experience in manual software testing.
    Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of test-case creation and execution.
  • Knowledge of defect identification, logging, tracking, and reporting.
  • Understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
  • Experience testing web or mobile applications.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or similar bug-tracking tools.
  • Basic knowledge of API testing.
  • Basic knowledge of database testing and SQL.
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum development practices.
